  • 38 acres of land with existing buildings were purchased on Maryland Route-7 (between Elkton and North East, MD)
  • During 2023, steps were taken to build out the facility for students and businesses to come and train.
  • Primary services were 'business-to-business' training programs, which Utilitrain continues to offer.
  • In March of 2024, Utilitrain was awarded the status of "Private Career School" by the Maryland Higher Education Commission, allowing the doors to be open to the public.
  • Utilitrain is now open to the public, with Electrical Lineman Program classes starting every 15 weeks, and CDL classes starting every month.
